Nurses disappear at odd times during help. I understand they have to be shared.

After having spoken to someone at the 111 services, i was advised to seek urgent medical care, Witney being my local out of hours service i went immediately. I am fortunate enough to have had an appointment booked in for me. whilst the doctor was a little late in seeing me (only about 20 mins delay), he was kind, thorough and very quick to assess and diagnose me. he provided treatment for the pain as well as the infection and i was on my way. the reception staff were very kind, polite and reassuring.

My son came in with twisted wrist.
Took a little time to be seen but that was expected, staff friendly and helpful.
Seen by nurse and she decided to X-ray as a precaution- great service and care as always with the nhs.
